Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Every year, the city of Philadelphia sends me a letter to raise my property taxes. I reached out to Paul McManus at PMJ Appraisals and he immediately came out and appraised the value of my home, completed the city paperwork and told me step by step what to do to challenge the annual automatic increase. The net result? No increase to my property tax and a business I will continue to use to fight against continuous property tax increases. Thanks Paul & PMJ Appraisals!
