He came to the house asked questions, made several notes , took measurements of the outside ( front & back ) , measurements of the inside from the basement to the top floor . He had the appraisal back to me in a timely matter and I feel with his knowledge and the appraisal paperwork helped me and my brothers greatly for the sale of the house .
