Every year, the city of Philadelphia sends me a letter to raise my property taxes. I reached out to Paul McManus at PMJ Appraisals and he immediately came out and appraised the value of my home, completed the city paperwork and told me step by step what to do to challenge the annual automatic increase. The net result? No increase to my property tax and a business I will continue to use to fight against continuous property tax increases. Thanks Paul & PMJ Appraisals!

Paul is the best, informative, professional and went above and beyond, providing information that other appraisers would have tried taking advantage of the situation. Definitely give this man a call.

Paul was incredibly easy to work with. We were able to schedule within days of my initial call, and he delivered the appraisal quickly and within his stated timeframe. He is professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and personable, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
